I find two hours gives you enough time to get a variety of images using several different settings and clothing changes for yourself.

About a week after the shoot, I'll send you a proof sheet of the best 50 photos, although it usually ends up being more. From there, you can pick out your photos that are included in this package. You may order additional prints at a reasonable cost.

NOTE: All photo shoots are conducted at your home. The reason I do this is because pets are usually more relaxed in their own environment. This results in a better photo session and more quality photos. You may also choose a location like a park or the beach. Make sure you have plenty of your pet's favorite treats and toys on hand during the shoot. This helps keep the pets attention.

Travel costs are free for the first 60 miles. It's 37¢ a mile thereafter.

Once you choose the photo you want me to illustrate, we'll discuss a variety of artistic directions that we can take to best capture the essence of your pet. In about two weeks time, you'll receive two slight variations of an illustration from which to choose.

Although you can order a photo, most people who get the artistic illustration prefer to have a larger print made of their pet. What I would recommend is a giclée print on canvas. Giclée is a French word meaning the "spraying" of ink. Using this process, your illustration is printed on archival canvas which lasts a lifetime. This is one of the most popular ways to reproduce art today. Canvas sizes run anywhere from 11x14 to 24x36.
